I examine all prints thoroughly and package them carefully. All damages incurred through postage are not the responsibility of Zizkov Park.
I will consider exchanges or refunds if the item you have received is damaged or defective, please contact us directly to arrange your return, exchange, or refund.
All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving.
Items that have obviously been neglected will not be exchanged or refunded.
