We are all experiencing delays in deliveries and orders and here there is no exception.
My printer hasn’t closed down yet but with less staff some orders are taking longer, plus travel restrictions in Victoria means I may not be able to pick up prints in person. These are shipped to me and sometimes are taking more than a few days to arrive.
Some deliveries, particularly international deliveries, are taking far longer that expected. Weeks in fact. The further we get into this the quicker deliveries seem to be getting.

Orders for individual prints will be sent within one week after your order is placed.
Orders are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in recycled cardboard tubes.
2-4 Days from the time of shipping*
All deliveries within Australia are made using Australia Post Express Post service and may require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be supplied to you via email.
Žižkov Park does not deliver to Post Restante addresses.
International Orders (Outside Australia)
14-28 Days Standard Mail from the time of shipping*
All international deliveries are made using Australia Post standard, tracked international shipping. Your order will be handled by the reciprocating postal service in your country. A tracking number will be supplied to you via email once shipped.
Žižkov Park does not deliver to international Post Office Boxes or Post Restante addresses.

International Taxes and Duties
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country, and, any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Waiting on a Delivery?
In the event you do not receive your package please contact me straight away. An investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon the receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
* Carrier delivery times start from the moment you receive an email confirming order dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times are given in working days.
